Kini human mosumite og mosyon si Senator-Judge Erwin Tulfo nga usbon ang naunang desisyon nga nagkinahanglan og two-thirds vote o 16 ka boto gikan sa 24 ka senador aron ma-convict ang Bise Presidente.

Apan gikwestion ni Senator-judge Pia Cayetano ang pamahayag ni Senator-judge Erwin Tulfo, nga matud pa supak sa Konstitusyon.
